This is a cheap self contained camping area at the base of Mount Roland in Gowrie Park. It has a level area for caravans and plenty of grassed area for tents. Clean toilets and creek water also available. Although right on the highway road noise is minimal. Council by-laws restrict camping to a maximum of 4 nights in any consecutive 2 month period.

Very nice spot to camp overnight, $5 per vehicle, quiet and with clean toilets, fireplaces nearby, shelter available. Awesome

Flat concrete area with toilets, water, fireplaces and picnic shelter. Great overnight stop to access Cradle Mountain.
